arubaro Posted November 3, 2023 Share Posted November 3, 2023 in contrast with insanity, enlightenment has little impact, is really underdeveloped since the only thing it has is changing the filter and being target of gestals. As a reward for beating CC we get the crown which gives us inmunity against those gestals wich already nullifies the only mechanic arround this meter but atleast is a light+damage item, it doesnt provide protection. Now, for some reason, you added a helmet that provides physical armor, planar armor, protection against charlie (for some reason), extra damage with BS gear, googles effect and gestals protection... i dont get why you are against adding certain buffs to items like making thulecite club good and fixing the Interaction of enemies with their tentacles, buffing void had set, having a good use for BS shovel like unrooting non plantable vegetation or buffing warbis armor but suddenly you add 4748281 perks to a single item one of these perks cancelling an entire mechanic i know you dont like to nerf things once they are in the live brach and people get use to them but i dont see BS helmet ammount of perks, and in particular the gestal protection, a healthy thing for the future of dst since you burned a lot of good perks into one single item and how would you balance enlightenment with such item giving armor on top of gestal protection Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/152182-remove-gestal-protection-from-bs-helmet/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
