How can I transfer my world to another computer?

I know that the game is located in the Clusters... but how can I get past the world itself? I want to transfer my game to the Nintendo Switch but the files are smaller and in .sdfs... so I can't just copy the folder and that's it, if anyone knows anything about it I would be eternally grateful c:

 

Here is a photo with the difference, apparently I need to encrypt the PC DST save so that the Switch can use
