Really nice mini-series, the Woodsman was probably my favorite character.I just noticed how similar The Woodsman is to Maxwell. The Woodsman, like Maxwell, is essentially controlled by a "shadow creature" who, like the shadow creatures do, use him as an "evil grease trap" of sorts to keep people from attributing the most threat to them and thus having them be underestimated almost constantly. Furthermore, Maxwell and The Woodsman have both lost someone they were, at the very least, were in a platonic relationship with, and are pretty much motivated to do what they do purely because of who they lost and how they lost them. And to make them even more similar, THEY BOTH HAVE REALLY STUPID NOSES. THEY LOOK LIKE FREAKING VEGETABLES.
