  Krampus not spawning

  Steps to reproduce
   

  Playing various games with custom settings, Krampus and other boss creatures set to "low" frequency.

  Describe your issue
  Even when killing Glommer, Krampus does not appear. I haven't actually seen any of the other bosses like moose/goose about 200 days into a game, either, which could also be a bug, but it's harder to say for sure since there's no immediate way to "summon" those bosses like there is with Krampus.
