It literally says George Witherstone Dramatic props & magical appearence, just as the panflet he had when he performed, which was shown in earlier Dont Starve William Carter Puzzles: The bill also has the same initials written in the magic box. The car at the start is from around 1904, the same year Carter got taken into the constant, but it seems warm out, summer or spring? Not late autumn/winter when Carter and Charlie are taken. We can tell that this man is likly George T. Witherstone as many have said from the crate at the back. Meaning that in 1904 we have two people into magic and the occult that have seen the shadows as seen by the picture. One of which is attempted to be stolen but is saved by a mine, and so they go for their next choice. A magician with a little more spin, a few more morals mayhap.
