So I recently found out that it's possible to transfer Griftlands from Epic to Steam, as explained here: https://support.klei.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044415552-If-I-purchased-Griftlands-on-Epic-Games-Store-how-do-I-get-my-Steam-copy- The problem is, when I go to "My Games" on my Klei account, it says "Temporary error, please retry later". I did retry later but that message is still there, and it's been two days. Is there a larger issue that I'm missing here? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

You can find that on https://accounts.klei.com/account/info Based on your feedback, we are going to change the error message to be more explicit. I will need your Klei User ID to be sure but usually, it means we don't have any ownership information for your account. The solution should be to start Griftlands on Epic (you only need to start the game and reach the menu). This is enough for us to know you own the game. Now it says that I do not, in fact, own the game, even though I did load it on Epic and both my Klei and Epic accounts use the same e-mail! This is unfortunate. What can I do? (reach the menu) - Connect on https://accounts.klei.com/ using Epic. - Check if the Griftlands on Epic is seen as "Purchased" in https://accounts.klei.com/account/ownership If it works, please follow the support note to merge your klei steam account and klei epic account. Aueberon 0 Report post Posted February 19 Still not working for me. Followed the instructions above and its still showing up as not owned. Tried starting Griftlands, getting to the menu, exited, let it auto sync and then manually synced. Logged into account and it still shows as "Not Owned". Blackheart93 10 Report post Posted February 19 It isn't working for me either. Now it says that Griftlands is "Not owned" on Epic and "Unknown Status" on Steam. Volband 0 Report post Posted February 19 I am having the same issue. It says that the game is not owned on Steam and Epic either, but I've just purchaesed it! I've already logged in, even started a run and stayed loggen in to the game a few minutes. And the result of querying Epic platform is you don't own the game. Because there are many players suddently having this problem, I suppose something is wrong in our way to call the service.
