When people launched dst after the realese of this update, they got this awesome wall skins, is there ever gonna be another chance to get these absolutely gorgeous skins ?

Your best bet would be getting it on Klei rewards page  . Even then, the update wasn't too long ago so it'll probably take a while before you'll get an opportunity to get them again, but who knows.
