Yunru 1303 Report post Posted November 11, 2020 Fully compact, fully fool-proof: Weight plate is set to "Above 99" and connected to the mechanised airlock door on the far end. The middle two manual doors gives the mechanised time to lock (which happens when the first opens), forcing the dupe to drop it's item. 3
Smife 53 Report post Posted November 12, 2020 Wish we could just designate a drop tile similar to Rimworld. Food management would be way easier.
Yalp 78 Report post Posted November 12, 2020 Did you test it with a pneumatic door for blocking the path and leaving the middle Manual Airlock out? Could speed up the whole thing, unless they are blocked too quickly.

Which is a shame, because I wanted to use it for when they're on ladders, but it's not worth not being able to make them drop items automatically. While I wasn't able to make it any smaller, switching to a mesh door blocking pathing did allow me to cut down on resource costs:
kbn 286 Report post Posted November 12, 2020 I managed to make it smaller. However, the placement of this sensor may be illegal.

What I need is a "restore sweep command" to dropped item MOD Edited November 12, 2020 by chemie
