Can't load back into game after dying in the ruins.

After dying in the ruins my game initially crashed and took me back to the PlayStation menu. Then loading back into the game on that save file I am stuck at a loading screen and then recieve a blue screen with error (CE-34878-0). I have multiple touch stones on the surface and life giving amulets. Day 142.IMG_1769.HEICIMG_1772.HEIC
