Rework the upgraded version of Distributed Processing

There's a bit of an issue with this graft's upgrade: not only does it expend Status cards that might be situationally beneficial (e.g. Killer: Unplayable, Replenish, gain 1 Dominance when drawn) but it also prevents you from playing Destroyable cards that you might not want in your deck period by automatically expending them.

The suggestion is to have the upgraded effect do the following instead: 50% chance to set the cost of a Status card to 0 and give it Expend. This change would provide the player with better Status cards management options, such as being able to play and Destroy undesirable cards along with being able to Expend the normally Unplayable ones, making the upgraded graft version universally beneficial.

I’m not sure if your suggestion is the best way to fix the issue, but I agree that the upgrade of this graft is a bit of a mixed bag.
