Secondary key assign and 5 button mouse

I want to assign multiple keys instead of a single key assignment.
Primary > Left Mouse Button & Middle Mouse Button
Action > Space & F1
etc...

And, I want to use 4 and 5 buttons on a 5 button mouse.
1 Left Mouse Button
2 Right Mouse Button
3 Middle Mouse Button
4 Optional Mouse Button
5 Optional Mouse Button
Are multi-button mouse minority?

Been awaiting this for ages. Would be nice to be able to apply some of the more specialized functions (like force attack) to one button while also having them usable in the normal way.
