Tempshift plates have a wider variety of material options than any other building, but I’m having a hard time figuring out which to use. The obvious ones: Diamond has the best thermal conductivity pre-spaceflight Refined metals are almost as good and a bit easier to get Ice lets you move an enormous amount of ice and helps it distribute heat fast Igneous rock and dirt store a lot of heat, which gives the system some inertia. Is there any point to the other ones?
