i'm unable to start a new game, it crashes when i have choosen my duplicants and then embark, safe file is created but upon load it crashes :p  guess i'll wait

  • Fix gaps when dragging to build a long row of tiles, wire, pipes.
  • Fix dupes getting stuck rapidly switching between destinations when trying to recover breath.

If these large, solid sections of obsidian are meant to be "boulders", then I'm not at all a fan.  If they're not, then your worldgen is bugged as all get out.

I think you can generate a world without them by re-rolling until there are no "boulders" in the description.

Hmm. There is an option in the settings for: "Timelapse Resolution" Do you guys think there is going to be a timelapse feature soon? :D

For those saying their waterweed is drowning, I could be wrong, but it seems to only drown when the water pressure gets to high.

"pacu fillet" got split off from "meat" so there is now "sushi" recipes from pacu meat and salt water lettuce (all water resources), mushrooms + lettuce makes a +3 so you can keep the mushroom farm going a little... nosh beans and pincha make tofu (+5)

oooo there is "brine" and "salt water"... different concentrations (different state change temps :) )

 

 

edit: haven't seen brine in the "wild" yet, even on the ocean map, but the printer just offered some brine as a care package :)

  • Insulate the Pitcher Pump's storage to prevent the elements from incorrectly cooling or heating the area around the pump.
  • Ice Maker now deletes 20% of the heat from water instead of almost all of it.
  • Conveyor loaders will dispense items in a round-robin manner, to ensure they dispense all materials they contain and not just the first one.
  • Fix egg incubator always resetting to continuous on load.
  • Fabrication building order queuing has been overhauled, they should no longer become stuck or stop processing orders.
  • Mechanized Airlocks no longer complain about being flooded when open underwater.
  • Fix gaps when dragging to build a long row of tiles, wire, pipes.
  • Fix hats not displaying when using the Sick Bay.
  • Add Super Hard Dig Skill to mine Diamond and Obsidian.
  • Egg Cracker operation and fetch are now cooking chores.
  • Add compound and medical supply chore types in the care prioritization category.
  • Allergies cause less stress.
  • Fix Building lists not scrolling correctly.
  • Fabrication buildings should grant the correct experience type.


    Did they literally fix everything? I think ghost pipes are the only thing missed?

Oxyfern - well I guess we have a few ways of getting natural O2 from CO2.  Now I bet we might have to pump the CO2 into the room with it since it won't be at the bottom of our areas!

I didn’t see mention of making cooking skill being increased by cooking. That was high up in the list of, “minor irritation that will certainly be fixed”. But, it might just not be listed.

I haven't played in a while.. around 800 hours in this game already and it's not even launch yet lol. And now we have all these new things to play around with. So stoked.
