Failure Initialise Texture

Steps to reproduce

I open the game, hear sound and get the error box.

Describe your issue

Basically, I open the game and I get the error each and every time, though I've checked my system specs to it and it meets the requirements. my video meets it exactly at 256 for the graphic driver.. I am running 6 gigs of RAM (3 of those being usable for the game) Why does it give me that error?
