blueprint board

i thnk there should be a blueprint board. In the rocket industry animation and in the title screen there is a blueprint. In the animation it shows a desk and a duplucant writing it. i think that it should be somthing you make at the start of the new world. Like the reasearch board. if you add it can you please make it a reasearch thing and make it White. The reasearch icon like novice reasearch is blue.
