DawnOfNights Posted November 11, 2012 Share Posted November 11, 2012 ALL my deaths were stupid ones, things like miss-clicking a spider when fighting and then mauled to death by it, picking up manure and accidentaly hitting a beefalo that was surrounded by 30 more beefalo, thinking it would be a good idea to chop more wood for the night, and then dying because it became dark, and I was so focused on the wood, I didnt have any grass to make a torch.(cooking mandrakes for 100 days and then commiting suicide, the death I am most shamed of, not because I died, but cause I cheated, but Wendy is just soooo awesome, so im kinda glad) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

OMG, they had all turned into werepigs! Run! So two of them chased me around the world like forever, I tried to distract them by running near rabbits, birds, spiders, etc but they just wouldn't give up.I realized it's going nowhere so I had no choice but to face them and fight (first time ever so I had no idea what my chances were). Trees ringing my camp for easy harvesting at night. Also next to the bunny breeding grounds and had established a good meat for gold trade with the pig king on the next island. So one night I chop a tree and it starts attacking me, I run around the campfire while feeding it until dawn and then run to my faithful pig creatures. Who when I get there have all turned to werepigs and begin chasing me. I escape and go to my beefalo herd in time to gather some manure. When night comes one wanders close and sleeps near my fire, I happen to have a spear and decide some meat would be nice. And then I die. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Venom Posted November 12, 2012 Share Posted November 12, 2012 First time I died was pretty horrible. I had been playing for a while just trying to set up a base and get food. Had gotten a few things researched but not log armor or a weapon. Sure enough the game decided to punish me for this by sending a walking tree at my campfire in the middle of the night. First I died to a huge group of werepigs, then resurrected back at camp a treeguard attacked me when I tried to cut down one tree and then when I resurrected (2 meat effigies) I was chased out of camp without the supplies I needed for a fire for the darkness that was only 10 seconds away. I keep on dying because I forget my strategies everytime I logon to another computer)I've died off:Spiders, darkness, hunger, werepigs, eating monstermeat/dorian by mistake, treeguard, swamp,...I'd better tell you what has never killed me!The pig king (He's to lazy to kill me)Mandrake (He's too cute to kill me!)Tallbird (She's to tall to kill me! I keep on stealing her eggs, and she never gets upset?!)Frogs (I don't even wanna know if they can harm me! So I avoid them)Ghost (but he scared the s*** out of me! Twice in 2 minutes!!) Voila! Building something just as it starts to get dark then realizing you've forgotten something vital like not enough wood/food/grass and then darkness or starvation ends up killing me. juliette Posted November 12, 2012 Share Posted November 12, 2012 I used to die way back in the day...Now I am immortal.Many times I tried to collect way too many gold pieces with night coming on... and then realized i had no wood for a fire or twig left to make an axe to cut a tree to make a fire... So I would die at the mercy of The Creature.but now I don't do anything of the sort. I live ma life with my Mr. Scruffles and my rabbits and crows in our little haven. Dexter Posted November 13, 2012 Share Posted November 13, 2012 my very first death was actualy by starving, I was on the first island and dint explore all around him so I thought it was the only place I could be on and then after 10 days and a nice little beard all the bunnies saw that I was a bunny murderer and ran away and I died next to my campfire at night from from starvation.my next death was after 49 days after finding buffalo and researching the bed - I explored too far and got to my very first swamp when a giant tentacle scared the **** outa me and killed me.after that there was a nice tree that didnt like that I was hitting him with an axe and wanted revenge - really freaked me out, a mob of angry bees that didnt like the fact I was bashing there hive with a pickaxe, and ofcourse a graveyard full of level 3 spider nests that I thought I could take on. I tried my axe, I tried my spear, I even tried a torch, but nothing seemed to slow him down and I was afraid to run off into the night where the Grues live.... Seerox Posted November 13, 2012 Share Posted November 13, 2012 -The first dead was from a treeguy that chopped me in half...-The next was at day 16.. i ran with a treeguy around the fire at night (no weapon) ...then.. few sec before sunrise..the fire went out..-And another dead was from my reallife doggy... he interrupted me during gaming and i forgot to press "Esc"...i died in the dark..alone..-The last was at day 107 .. i killed myself because i want to try my new unlocked characters And now i play with Wendy yay!
