I'm really confused According to other players you can receive untradable skins with every drop. On the other hand you'll get almost 15 times more likely an elegant every week if you play every day. Well, this proves that the whole thing isn't a bug at all and that the lock only symbolizes that you can unlock it. ... but how does the player manage to unlock a lock with spools, shouldn't spools be called picklocks? Jokes aside, you're probably just really lucky, I'm sure the Elegants still have a lower drop rate (probably). I don't see this being a "bug" (probably).
