Caves on Xbox

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the game. Is this happening to multiple game worlds, or only happening to a specific one?

On Xbox One, we have a Bug Report tool that will provide us with a better look at your reported issue as well as access to a copy of the save file(s) affected - which helps our team to do proper reproduction and testing on our systems.

Here's how to use to Report Bug tool:

1) Sign into your Xbox Live account on your Xbox One;

2) Launch Don't Starve: Giant Edition, and on the main menu;

3) Go to the options screen, and to the lower-left hand of the screen will be the Report Bug button, access that to open up the tool;

4) Provide short description of the issue and your forum username on the Xbox Report Bug tool so that we know that the report/save files is from you.

5) Once ready to submit, press A to send us copies of your save files as well as the description. (This may take about a minute to upload the files).
