Kleindom 0 Report post Posted January 24, 2019 When attempting to open a crock pot, the game immediately crashes. I had the mods "Geometric placement" and "Seasonal Clock" installed, but have tried to open crackpots without these mods and have the same issue. I have tried reinstalling twice, validating the game files through steam, and creating new world and spawning in new crock pots to use. Every time I go to use the crock pot it crashes before even displaying the crock pot HUD. Same issue in log / crash screen - calling setstring on bad self, expecting a string, getting a table. I've sent email to Klei with the details. I was thinking it might be because she leaves the game on constantly; if there's an update, maybe her save file doesn't get updated if it's open. But I'm not overly technical, so I don't really know.
