Cannot place items in area of destroyed object

Steps to reproduce

1. Destroy night light
2. Attempt to place object in area

Describe your issue

I'm not sure if this is specifically caused when destroying the night light, but after I have destroyed it, I cannot place a crock pot down even though there is plenty of room surrounding it, as if the night light is still in place.

Have you picked up all of the components of the Night Light after you destroyed it? It can be easy to miss the nightmare fuel, and if items are laying on the ground, you will not be able to place structures nearby.
