Hrrm, looks like I messed up switching to static linkage (fixed it in debug and not release). I've checked the latest version on a work laptop and managed to get #1. the error on the old version and #2. success on the latest. Hopefully this fixes the issue.

Really appreciate the work there @realitymeltdown.  Shame we have to re-invent the Klei-wheel though...

I get incorrect bin-file, when typed empty line in text file;

get error when there are tab symbols instead of space

These days you should use the official tools to make animation.

http://forums.kleientertainment.com/index.php?/topic/27247-new-asset-tools-animations-textures-sounds-and-layouts/

I might have tried to support spriter files (had I known it existed) - but Klie got it done using their tools, so, heck.

Right now the only use of this tool I'd recommend would be to inspect and/or alter the Klie character animations - mostly for minor alterations.

can you make just build.bin commandline tool?

Beacuse, when I want to make character mods, then I just need build.bin.

But this program can't input just build.bin;;
