How do I put multiple PNG files into one TEX file?

Hello! I've been having a problem, and I think I know the solution. (even if this isn't, I should probably just get this out of the way so I don't have to worry about it later on.) I want to create a texture file for my character's sprites, like the one on the extended character sample. When I try to compress multiple pictures into one, it just makes them all separate files. How do I put them all in one or two files?

Thanks! I'm having a problem with the packer, though. It cuts off the bottom of the window, no matter how I resize it. Is there another way to go about packing the textures?

Not as far as i know. I don't understand what is your problem, could you post a screenshot ? I never got trouble using atlas packer.
