Can anyone tell me how I'm supposed to get it?

The wilds (area you are in) does not contain any thulecite.

Go to any other biome in the ruins to find thulecite walls (hammer to get) ancient statues (pickaxe to get) and ornate chests (randomly contains thulecite).

I forgot what those holes where officially called but you need The Lazy Forager to get the item from those holes.

I think the holes were called holes.

i think it's not true, you can get thulecite in those holes even before the lichen (i saw that actually)

to get those you need lazy forager aka orange amulet
