CherenTheCat Posted May 3, 2017 Share Posted May 3, 2017 Hello, today I tried to start a world so I could play with a friend, and once I got to character selection, I tried to move off Wilson and I got a "dontstarve_steam.exe has stopped working" message. Now, whenever I try to start a world, it does that while it's loading, and I can't even get to character selection. I tried a new world, disabling mods, nothing is working so far. Serpens Posted May 3, 2017 Share Posted May 3, 2017 (edited) I'm not 100% sure, if the last error message in your log is the reason for crash. But it tells that there was a problem with an animatin called "hound" and that it was added twice. So I would try to delete (unsubscribe) any mod that has something to do with hound. If that also does not help, put all your mods at steam in a private collection (so you can remember them) and then unsubscribe to all mods and start the games with no mods installed.
