Deserthat recipe droprate

Every goddamn reset I have to fish for ~5 days for 2 required recipes. Typing about it 'cause Ive spent 7 days in a row (pretty much. I did have a little walk while fish was restocking) at oasis and still haven't found the deserthat recipe(Ive got the fashion googles recipe though). So much fun, I gotta say (no). Can it please become a guaranteed drop when there is no more fish at the oasis? Or perhaps use pseudo-random distribution?

I think it just needs to be a guaranteed drop (or at least an extremely higher chance) if the player that's fishing hasn't learned the recipe yet.
