Destructive people are not destrucive at all.

Even before the thermal update and now after the update,

I noticed that duplicants that are 100% stressed and are destructive will only target:

Manual generators, Tiny battery's or Algae Deoxydizers.

At first it seems like the most abnoxious thing ever.

But after playing a while i noticed they wont touch Coal generators, Algae terrariums or normal battery's from the power regulation research.

Considering you can use a Hatch, Puft, Bio distillers and steam water cleaning to bypass all the costs for those devices.

It seems like it isnt an existing downside at all.

 

Especially with the new auto repair in the Thermal update i would consider letting the destructive people also destroy the higher tier 

versions of these buildings.

At least destructive people will do something then, because at the moment we can just get away with having a full destructive 100% stressed 

colony.

 

Please comment about iff this is a good idea or not because i havent seen this topic anywhere on the general discussion or bug fix page yet.

(P.S. yes i actually checked all 120 pages total of topics to verify that.)
