cezarica Posted October 14, 2016 Share Posted October 14, 2016 It seems to be a DNS problem so why not switch to a free service like OpenDNS by setting your DNS options to 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222.222 ? The ongoing problems with the Ukraine seem to be DNS related - login.kleientertainment.com isn't going to the right location for people in the Ukraine. Sounds like using a third party DNS server like OpenDNS or Google's 8.8.8.8 servers fixes it? Since I'm not in the Ukraine it's hard for me to debug this one - anyone technical who wants to help out in this thread will have all the support I can offer. Unrelated to that, we had a server hiccup this morning. That's what caused the problem for any Americans. We believe this to be resolved now and @Diabu and I are working to ensure it doesn't happen again. Feel free to @nome me if you believe there's a problem with the Klei servers (items / login / etc) and other people seem to be having the same issue.
