After hearing that Miguel became hero, he tries to scare or even hurt Miguel so much, that he gives his hero's title to him(goat dude) Dragath is main bad guy (spoilers) who is leader of bugs. You may want to look into using "precision mode" if your tablet allows for it. High pen "correction" allows you to draw smoother lines at the cost of being less responsive, if that's why you prefer this messy sketch style.
