I have tried everything I could think of, but an item I've modded into the game simply will not become visible in hand. I have searched the forums and followed every instruction, and tried every fix, but nothing seems to work. K-KyoruMii Posted May 11, 2016 Share Posted May 11, 2016 First of all, welcome to the world of modding! Second, your Golden Sword's png file is placed incorrectly. It has to be in a subfolder that's also called "swap_goldensword". (Yeah, a same name folder inside of a same name folder.) It should look like this. Your png file should be in that folder.
