Issue Title: Rubberbanding and Loss of Control

Issue Description: Hey there, I've only just recently bought the game and I've already noticed some very harsh rubberbanding while visiting another host's world. It wouldn't be much of an issue if it wasn't so prominent, but every time I've tried to play, the glitch has made it so broken to the point where it's almost unplayable. At times it'll cause my character to walk in totally opposite directions, freeze in one place or, like I had mentioned, repeatedly rubberband them back to the same spot over and over again. It's not exactly the best thing to happen to you when you're trying to flee from spiders, or really anything else. Meanwhile, I've heard that the host of a server doesn't experience this problem at all. I've noticed others trying to join servers having similar problems like this, no matter how fast their computer was. It's a shame since I really do want it to run smoothly, and I have tried everything I can to try and fix it on my computer. Everything else so far besides this has either seemed fine or just wasn't too big of an issue. Really hoping to see this fixed soon!

Steps to Reproduce: Visit a host's world and play for around five to ten minutes. For me, that's when those glitches started to appear.

Sadly this is not a bug nor a glitch. This is simply the connection from host to client.

If either host or client has poor connection these issues can occur.

My suggestion is either typing in the console command: ThePlayer:EnableMovementPrediction(false)  which will have to be retyped every so often to the point you'll probably memorize it, OR simply obtain a mod from the workshop on steam meant to automatically enter this command every time it's needed.

I would recommend using keyboard for movement instead of clicking as you will notice a stutter as the lag confirms exactly where your player model really is at the time.

Yup. Nothing Klei can really do. It is possible to play with lag though. Like if you're fighting something and you freeze, estimate the time you're frozen and subtract it from the time before you have to dodge. So if fighting a beef and you're going for 5 hits but you freeze for the time that it takes to deal 2 hits, then dodge at 3. It gets a little tricky when enemies disappear and pop into existence in places you don't expect, but the command osmRhodey typed helps with that.
