Getting for Ps4, Does it have Cross Save/Buy w/ Vita?

Ive mainly been playing on my PC. Although Im planning to rebuy it for my Ps4. Im also going to be going on a trip soon so I would like to play it on my Vita. I tried looking up information, but am mostly finding old articles with no conclusive answers. First:

 

If I buy the Dont Starve Console Edition + Giants Expansion bundle, will I also get the game and content on my Vita? I see on the store homepage for the game it says I should "Purchasing this content entitles you to the PS3™ system, PS4™ system, and “PS Vita” system versions!" However Ive been seeing some people around the internet saying that this isnt the case. I guess because the SKUs are different....

 

Is there Cross Save?? This I havent seen an answer for at all anywhere, and I really would like to pick up where I left off via Console or Mobile in this type of game.

I'll keep looking and see if I can find out about cross-saving, I swear I've seen something recently. I'll update if I can find it.

Well I can't find anything new, but did find this statement from Wade after it was first released for Vita (maybe I looked at the thread recently or something). Cross-saving between the PS4 and Vita isn't supported due to how the games were coded =(
