Great Customer Service - Kudos to Klei

Had a problem with the serial # in the Mac GOG version. GOG couldn't figure it out so I contacted Klei. In less than a day, they had created a workaround that got everything up and running, making me glad I'd bought the game 3 times (Steam, GOG, iOS).
