Game Update 144487 - 7/23/2015
 
Changes

  • Added new front end UI & menu music
  • Added dance emote for Werebeaver
  • Added more variety of trinkets

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed bug where status meters sometimes blink red incorrectly when eating certain foods
  • Fixed bug where Beefalo in heat did not attack players
  • Fixed bug with night vision sometimes not deactivating properly on clients
  • Fixed bug where The Lazy Forager sometimes picks up objects that normally couldn’t be picked up
  • Fixed crash when a Meat Effigy or Life Giving Amulet is destroyed during resurrection
  • Fixed bug where burning a Pig House spawns a Pig Man even if it was not occupied
  • Trees should no longer appear randomly in bases. (Unless there is a large "natural" area within the base.)
  • Added missing player skeleton inspect strings for Woodie
  • Added missing ghost sounds for Wolfgang, Woodie, Webber, and Wigfrid
  • Blueprints will no longer be dropped for items that cannot be crafted, such as Pig Heads and Merm Heads
  • Burnt Bee Boxes will save properly now
  • Controller placers for Farms are now rotated properly
  • Fixed issue where steam_group_only servers were not allowing players to connect

  • Fixed crash in desolationspawner
  • Fixed crash when entering Mods screen with no mods installed
  • Fixed crash when loading invalid modoverrides.lua
  • Fixed crash in Snapshots tab when failing to determine a snapshot's world day
  • Fixed crash when trying to access a hidden or deleted mod
  • Fixed mod update from failing to update when encountering a hidden or deleted mod

Hope that Underworlds bring into game...

Underworlds? You mean the caves? They're being worked on.

You see, DS dealt with caves as new worlds. It did this for Adventure Mode, too. The host can't support 2 or more worlds running, dedicated servers might, but for now, there's no workaround to the current caves, or Adventure Mode.

Well if they shift the caves to one of the other cores I suppose it would be possible? Currently really only 1 core is supported.

Anyone having problems with mods since the update?!

 

Can you tell more? How?

 

 

Klei, can you please tell us what the changes does, when you change something?

Like .. Biome, together and classic, what's the different?

And not knowing you can enable/disable server mod while you're hosting, made me like going delete all the server mods I didnt want on my new server :D lol.

Nevermind. The game insta crash as soon youve any mods. Wonder how the server with mods can run.   I have like 4-5 mods on only.

It does not matter how many mods you have. The game may crash with only 1 bad mod. And on the contrary, the game may work well with 20-30 high-quality mods.

Is anyone else getting audio problems? Sometimes when playing the audio starts to get muffled, for example spiders sound very far away and chopping wood doesn't make a noise at all.

 

It isn't only on my side but also several others players on the server I play on.

Hmm, makes me curious about the future customize your character tool. Will it be clothes for existing characters or make your own character for Don't Starve Togheter?

I'm not using any mods. It's a regular host room with extra flowers that's  about it. it stays on the world generating screen and doesn't move. I've let it load for over 10 minutes it it still wont load the world i want to host.

Yeah, I know. I figured that it was the minimap hud that gave me issue. It was just I couldnt see which mod gave me the error before second or third crash. Anyhow.
