Short hair and a flat chest is not exclusive to men and never will be. Plus, I tend to draw Willow tall and lanky, like her namesake. Also, buddy, Wendy is not smoking. She is cold and blowing air. I know it's sometimes hard to understand what's going on in a drawing when I haven't clearly defined something.
