Conspiracies and Theories (and everything in between)

Recommended Posts

I have one about WX-78.

For some reason, I have always assumed that he was made by Wilson. His comments show that he obviously dislikes living things, but I think there is something more. I think he might actually be jealous.

When examining a morsel WX-78 will comment "It tastes like revenge". Why would he want revenge? How might organic matter have wronged him? When examining a gobbler leg he will comment something along the lines of "organic creatures are made of fascinating parts". These show that he has some vendeta against living things, but that he is intrigued by them.

WX-78 seems to hate humans specifically, as seen by many comments, such as "Hey there. Flowers. Want to . . . kill humans?". Again, why might this be? What if . . . like Frankenstein's monster, WX-78 was abandoned by his creator (a human)?

His comment on a camp fire is "It reminds me of something". What if it reminds him of the fires that he was forged from? And what if he was a side project of Wilson, who, before getting around to installing the empathy module, got tricked by Maxwell into building the portal and getting himself trapped. Then, at some later point, WX-78 wakes up. After seeing all the parts and blueprints of himself, he realizes that he is only a robot, and assumes that he has been abandoned by his creator. He then untimately ends up activating the portal (for some unknown reason), and is whisked away to the DS island.

So, put shortly, maybe WX-78 just has serious daddy issues.

Again, this is just all theory, but what does anyone think?

'Nother conspiracy thread?

But nobody mentions Nestlé S.A. or TTIP... *sigh*

Nestle is pumping nightmare fuel from the umbra until it's dry, just to keep bottling it up and selling it to other companies. That's possible because TTIP automatically says that it's legal and the umbra has an atlantic coast.

but remember, it's JUST A THEORY, a GAME THEORY (don't kill me fnaf fandom)

  • Woodie's beard is made of wood fibres. Therefore Beefalo wool feels like softened wood fibre.
  • Killer Bees have a unique form of rabies engineered by clockwork scientists before they forgot their umbrellas.
  • Werepigs are actually Wereboars but they get offended when people accuse them of not being real pigs.
  • Beard hair is used to make effigies because Maxwell can't grow any hair on his face.
  • Chester is an alien OooOOOooooOooo
  • Rock Lobsters are secretly plotting to take over the world as soon as someone leaves the sinkhole uncovered.
  • The rabbits are vicious cannibalistic carnivores that eat each other in giant underground Fight Club-style rings.
  • Wolfgang wears Anchor Arms.
  • Wickerbottom actually has no idea what the **** she's talking about but it sounds cool so who cares.
  • Tallbirds are eyeballs that had quack baldness cures poured on them.
  • Gobblers are stealing our children and our berries to stuff and cook them and celebrate Thanksgiving.*
  • Tumbleweeds tried to make their own marching band but they were disqualified for not having legs.
  • Pig skin makes great crackling!

ok i'm done

*they're stuffing berries with children because they're hipster ******* birds

I also have a theory (although it seems more like common sense) that rock lobsters are actually naturally "fleshy" and that they eat rocks and minerals to form their rocky outer layer

Today's menu.

Rock Lobsters grilled with onion and chilli sauce

With an additional 200g of rocks!

When examining evil flowers, it says "HEY THERE, FLOWERS. WANNA... KILL ALL HUMANS?". That's actually a reference to Bender, from the Futurama cartoon. Probably nothing more than that...

His comment on a camp fire is "It reminds me of something". What if it reminds him of the fires that he was forged from?

Once again, another reference to Futurama, he says "IT REMINDS ME OF SOMETHING." when examining the "normal" campfire, a possible reference to the android hell from the show.

Also, when examining the Metal Potato Thing, it says "REMINDS ME OF MY MOTHER." a possible reference to GlaDOS from Portal 2, but also official lore, meaning that WX-78 has a "mother", a female creator, and possibly a male creator too? Who knows? That is beyond my area of knowledge.

Oh, well thanks for that. I don't watch that show, so that's why I missed those references XD

Potato thing is either a potato battery or potato GlaDos reference from Portal 2

The Metal Potato Thimg is just a metal potato thing, WX's quote might be referencing Portal 2, but the object itself... probably not.

It doesn't even look like a proper potato battery, more like a... metal potato of doom!

Metal Potato Of DOOM,want some fries?

YES!!!

Btw, your signature IS remarkable, actually.

And it's a paradox, for it is and is not.

Thank you for dooming us all.

Try dividing by zero next time, it's more quick and efficient than this method.

I've always thought that the skeletons you find scattered around the world are just decoys, not actual former living humans. They're just placed to demoralize the player character and, if there are items around, give them a false hope of survival. I feel that you would find abandoned structures or signs of world changing. I mean, I think you can find farms, but I'm talking about rock pits and alchemy engines.

A good theory indeed, but wrong, sorry.

when examining a skeleton, Maxwell says "HA! I remember that one!" leading us to brlieve they actually WERE living humans.

Hypothesis 1:

Tentacle spots are mentioned as being the genitalia of Tenacles. However, due to their... well, skin-like nature, I theorize that they reproduce through budding. But, to add in my own speculation, I think that the tentacles never fall off. As the one they spouted off of grows, it retreats permanently into the ground, leaving the new one to take over... flailing duties. They are like the branches of a colossal, lovecraftian tree.

However, this latter part is halted by the fact that the tentacles one finds underground have no visible sprouts. Perhaps it is a similar story, but on a larger scale.

Hypothesis 2:

When insane, one can hear a short, but drawn-out noise. It's difficult to describe, almost a... High-pitched droning? It is the exact same noise that the Ruins make when the Nightmare Cycle reaches its peak. I theorize that they are perhaps they have the exact same source. You hear this because you are insane, and therefore in tune with the Nightmare.

Either that or they are simply the same because both have to do with that. Correlation, not Causation.
