[Gameplay] - Daemon persists from previous mission

Issue Title: Began mission with unannounced Daemon due to Faust
Issue Description: I started a mission with a paradox daemon due to Faust. I have a screenshot that shows paradox active from turn 1 without a pop up. The problem is that all other PWR generators wait until turn 2 to proc and Faust can generate a Validate before the mission begins without warning the player.
Steps to Reproduce: Play with Faust
