Splipstor suggestion

Recommended Posts

Players so far are the only ones capable to spawn Krampus. Nothing else in the game can cause Krampus to spawn! How about if Splipstor was a mob contributor in making Krampus spawn? So say Slipstor would be a mob that's rare to find, but what he could do is easily kill animals like birds, rabbits and butterflies (he would also eat the loot) and naughtiness would go up as he does that. He could kill players if he's attavked by a player and if he does so, naughtiness would also go up, but normally he would be passive towards players. This idea came to me as I thought about Splipstor's trolly animations. He could be like the troll of the game or something!

EDIT: Dang it, I mis-spelt the name in the title, could someone fix this?

Because that would be unfair punishment to non-naughty players, besides, Krampus' whole deal is to steal stuff. If a slip randomly spawned Krampus, then he'd take maybe 3 flint then leave.

Yeah, it's not like the game mechanics can be changed to make flint reaspawn or something, say through seeds, that would be impossible!

Wasn't talking about flint being respawnable, I was just saying Krampus would have nothing to do, and Krampus' AI automagically makes him vanish when there's nothing left for him.

Well, if stuff keeps reappearing, I'm sure Krampus will have at least something to take. Besides, Splipstor would be a rare mob in this case, probably as rare or even rarer than Glommer appearing on full moons.

I've had a Krampus who's stayed in a world who didn't despawn because he didn't have anything to steal...

Some birds dropped some seeds and he stole those and then left... after 3 game days...

Meteors and moleworm holes... O__O

I just want Slip to be a tameable mob.

Chester + Glommer + Lavae + Slipstor... and a smallbird...

Imma make a petting zoo O___O

(I like it :))
