[Mod] Mod Toggler

Recommended Posts

NOTICE: This mod will no longer be updated or supported. Please use Mod Manager instead.

Greetings.

Mod Toggler adds buttons to the mod screen to enable or disable all your mods at once.

I made this primarily because I found myself enabling all my mods over and over again whenever the game crashed from testing/creating mods.

It can also be useful when you want to quickly switch between the vanilla game and your modded version.

You can show/hide the enable/disable buttons in the mod configuration, in case you only want one of them.

If the No Warning mod (by simplex) is available, it will automatically be enabled along with this mod.

That means you can safely enable only this mod and get back to enabling everything without going through the warning screen.

This functionality can be disabled in the mod config, if you prefer to enable it yourself.

Compatible with DS and RoG.
Should be compatible with every possible mod. Let me know if you find any that it's not compatible with.

Preview screenshots are available on the downloads page.

Suggestions, comments, and bug reports are welcome.

Enjoy

- Blueberry

@outseeker

Thanks!

I do not, sorry. I don't have DST and prefer to not make mods for it until I get it. It's just too much trouble if I can't test it myself.

Still, this might work on DST as is, if the ui components and mod enabling/disabling system haven't significantly changed. Try it out and let me know if it works?

Can you implement presets? I have many mods, a few I tend to not use as they either conflict, are outdated and have crashed on me before, or are too broken, and I want to be able to select a set few, save the preset, and then toggle it on or off whenever I want to test out my mod without any others interfering.

@goldfish911 I've thought of doing something like this, but it will be a little time consuming to implement properly. Very likely will come up in a future update, hopefully the next one.

Edit: On second thought, I think I'll make a separate mod for that and include this toggling ability. It sounds like it'll be more than a "Mod Toggler", haha.
