richien6
It's been a while since I've played Don't Starve so I had a question about the map generation. From what I can see, the options are (from smallest to largest) default, medium, large, and huge. There are also some settings about whether land masses can have branches and/or loops. My question is whether or not we can generate small or tiny maps to play on? It would probably make starting adventure mode easier since you could easily find the parts but the added challenge of maintaining your limited resources without deleting the map could be fun. Are there mods or console commands that could achieve this?I know that Minecraft has some user-made "challenge maps" that are ridiculously small and I was wondering if DS had a similar concept. Snob
We can't generate small maps using the Vanilla world generation. You'll have to tinker with the game's code to do that. You could request this idea in the mods section.
