My First (Successful) Attempt at Fanart

Recommended Posts

Alright, here's a hound. Still not sure if I'm satisfied with it, though. Might need to work on the teeth a bit.

Yeah, the teeth don't seem to be solid white and mix with the background. Other than that, it's a fantastic hell horse hound head. (they don't actually have heads, do they?)

I'm very new to drawing on the computer and I'm still trying to get the hang of it. If you or anyone has any tips I'd be thrilled to hear them.

Until then, here's a beefalo.

I'm not really happy with how blurry it turned out. I was intending it to look fuzzy. I tried boosting the contrast, but that just made it look like graffiti art. Tried sharpening it, but that just makes it grainy. I hate using photoshop, but I am but mere college student who can't afford anything better.

But practice makes perfect! So what should I do next? I was thinking Deerclops or a catcoon.
