Lau
Hie. Alright sooooo... I've played DS for a long time. Started playing when the caves update came out, quit for a while. On and off I've probably played it for 7/8 months. As far as I remember, the birdcages used to drop eggs after feeding duh bird with meat (except raw monster meat). I'm not a user of the birdcage, atleast not for that. I've mostly used it to get seeds to craft dragonpies and crap, but barely used it for eggs so... Question is: Is the bird supposed to drop eggs after being fed with meat? Because earlier today I fed my bird with cooked meat (legit meat, not morsel, i believe a pig dropped it) aaaaaaaaaand... I got nothing from the bird. After that, I decided to cook monster meat, tried feeding the bird again, and it just.. jumped on his cage, did nothing more than that. Everytime I attempt to feed a bird it just jumps on his cage, unless I feed him a veggie/fruit. >_> Honestly the time I found out about the birdcage being that OP, I just.. idk, I probably used it for a day or two, got a trillion eggs and then got bored of it, so I stopped using it, thats the reason why I'm wondering if they're still supposed to drop eggs or not. I've been playing RoG btw. And yes, >_> I do own the game on steam. (http://prntscr.com/52kevo just incase <_<)

Lau
Dragonfruit + Bird = Dragonfruit seeds... I do know that. The problem is: My birds are NOT dropping eggs. No matter what kind of meat I feed them. No matter if raw or cooked. They're just.. not dropping eggs at all e.e.
Jaguarnaut
Make a backup file save for all your DS saves, uninstall the game and then re-install it if problem persists.

Tamazacat
Maybe you're trying to make a hen out of a rooster. Have you tried withdrawing the bird from its cage and replacing it or even using another bird?

AlphaP
Is there room around the cage? I think they stop dropping stuff when there are items laying around.

On topic:Not really sure why it stopped giving you eggs :/ What? Like... Serious stuff:Try taking your bird for a walk and put it back. If that won't work, you may need to try and move it to a new birdcage or try a different parrot bird. If that won't work either, try in another save and cheat in the stuff. I hope you have tried various meats? Because they won't eat raw monster meat.
