greenglacier Posted October 20, 2014 Share Posted October 20, 2014 Well, I was connecting my steam account to the Klei forums and suddnely... german. I ain't too good from german but it wasn't that hard to find out what fields I had to fill. And then came the harder part. Uncle Steam wasn't enough satisfied so he gave me a mission. To find out what the heck he asks from me in the following. So I never encountered with something like this and I had no idea what should have done. After a while -when I gave up translating the text- I got an idea and visited the english site then read the text. Uncle Steam wanted a key from me because "I was logging in from an another address" , so checked my mails. Of course I found the key and went back to the german site, filled the missing parameters as the screenshot shows,Then clicked 'Absenden' and NOTHING happened, you know what was my reaction after the happenings. No? You don't?Anyways, tried many times but nothing changed. Then closed the page, opened up again and played the same cycle again. Nope. Didn't help. I think, only I could be that lame ._. I'm almost sure I fahked up something but in the end I ended like don't gaf. The moral: Don't be that lame and unlucky as me and something like this won't ever happen to you I hope you'll notice that. Thank you for reading and sayonara. PhelsarusBeel Posted October 21, 2014 Share Posted October 21, 2014 Hmm odd i know this page and i can read it (as german is my motherlanguage) but i never had any problems registrating a new browser/computer (had to do this a few times as i changed my entire set of parts a few times) Also this site only shows up when you use the Steamguard feature you can actualy deactivate it (although i would not recommend it) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
