What exactly is The Screecher mod?

Hey everyone,

 

I'd like to ask what the screecher mod by Klei actually is. I know it's some kind of a horror kind of mod, but I'm too scared to find out myself. What does it enhold once I'm over the loading screen and the dialogue? I know it's somewhat like Slender, but how does it work outside of that?

Its a scary mod for the game made by Klei last halloween. Its freaking terrifying, so if you don't like horror, don't try it.

You are in the woods, and you need to get to a helicopter. There is some kindof owl human demon thing after you, and everyone is dead.

I generally don't like horror, but since it's Don't Starve... it shouldn't be that terrifying, should it...? I might give it a try some time. I just... I get scared very easily, so that's why I asked.

If you get scared easily then DON'T PLAY IT!

It's really scary, it has almost nothing to do with Don't Starve, o if you're scared easily I wouldn't recommend you to play the mod

It is a little slenderman like, there is some disturbing imagery, and it is creepy. However, I was not truly spooked until the end.

 

I think anyone who has a slight interest in this mod, owes them self a good Klei Halloween scare.
