Rosten Posted July 1, 2014 Share Posted July 1, 2014 The reason most people have don't starve on PC is for many reasonsA) Don't Starve started out as a PC game, thus all the controls are made for the PC, just like Castle Crashers was made for the Xbox and ported over to the PC, Sure, you CAN play with a keyboard, but a controller is better, while in don't starve, a keyboard and mouse is much preffered to most peopleB) Like I said, Don't Starve started on the PC, and so any new update or beta that klei runs through it will always come to the PC first, not to mention updating a PC game is a lot easier than updating a PS3 game.C) Recording a PC is just a lot easier than a console. Yea i just started playing the game recently so i knew there was a PC version but didnt know there was such a big difference in the gameplay. Also, I'l be sure to check out these videos. I'm trying to learn more about the game. I've died several times now, just got into Don't Starve.
