Any advice on cut-off screen on fullscreen mode?

Windowed mode works fine, but fullscreen cuts off half of my inventory tab at the bottom... and I like playing on full screen. Only happened on my new game and it's never happened all of the times I've played before.

I've tried changing the resolution settings and that didn't help.

Any advice?

EDIT: I AM A DUMMY.
Went back to fullscreen and it corrected itself. No worries.
