More Dynamic and Interesting World Events.

Title says all. We need more world events, whether random or planned, that forces us players to think and plan for them.

Already having enough trouble coping with summer + winter + hounds (+ the krampusnacht mod :3  ). We need more? Gahsss.

Well, like what? Meteor showers? A big Walrus Mctusk tribe coming to hunt the elusive human beast? Having to settle a diplomatic dispute between bunnymen and pigmen? Become crowned pig queen when enough pigs are befriended? Freezer burn on food?

I'm not talking about adding anything to the DLC; we all know we have enough of micromanaging there. What I mean is that we need more challenges, more world events that force us players to think in a regular, vanilla game.

Agreed. The entire game shouldn't be entirely screwed up because someone doesn't want to pay money on top of what you payed them. 

 

Just something minor, maybe one or two world events in vanilla to keep you on your toes. Then, if people want more variety, or an even cooler event, they can buy the DLC.
