23rd Posted August 13, 2014 Share Posted August 13, 2014 Ahe bait I was using had a tonnnn of glue so I tried to cut out the neck plug and made a mess. The ribbon is there to cover it up.Reminds me of an old story I read about a woman who always wore a ribbon around her neck, and on her deathbed it was discovered there was nothing other than the ribbon keeping her head on her body.
