Wx-78 is one of the best with his super healing magic gears.

Gee, I may be a bit biased with WX-78 but if you can carry a bunch of gears in that last challenge section (taking care of health, hunger AND Sanity when other characters are suffering with one of those three at least there), it's your OP solution.

WX is definitely the easiest to beat adventure mode, the only time I ever had a problem with him was the raining frog world.

I would put Woodie as second, because you can spend the majority of the harshest worlds as werebeaver.

That all being said, Maxwell is definitely in my opinion the best for any repeated trips.

Assuming this was the first run to "beat" it, but yes.

I beat it as Wilson. Let's just say that I could have settled in "King of Winter" permanently.

Even with that absolutely wonderful insulation getting the hell out of King of Winter was a bigger weight off my shoulders than any of the other levels I had to go through (yes, even Darkness). Not being able to make out the land beneath your feet is just wrong; being unable to grow anything and trudging through the same snow covered terrain for long enough to get Tam + Cane bummed me out.

Wilson's beard = King of Winter. [jk]

I have to try and get Maxwell soon. Probably using WX. ;)

Thanks Lady Azure for the Sig!

There have been meetings.

They were long.

You will not be disappointed.

But you will have to be patient

Some guy beat adventure mode as Wes, without prototyping anything...

Also, I tried out Maxwell seriously for the first time after his special powers update. Needless to say, I wouldn't be proud of surviving a long time as him...

He has copyrights for playing Wolfgang. I regret having to report you for your violation. Please refrain from playing other people's characters next time you embark on an adventure, 'kay champ?

I beat Adventure Mode with Wolfgang first to test the waters, so to speak. Then, I went back with Wes and beat it again. It is a lot easier thanks to the ability to store already built but not yet placed structures in your crafting tabs. You can pretty much turtle on the safer worlds (Archipelago, Two Worlds, A Cold Reception, The Game is Afoot) and then use your already built structures to help you in the upcoming worlds.

I won by using Wickerbottom. With her hight sanity and scientific knowledge, she is on the top of my list, followed by Wx and Woody.
