Sounds good Torasko, should keep the casuals happy.
The Compilation / Decompilation of Save is Done.
Only 2 things and tool will be ready!
Where's it at mate? Curious to see it :-d and get my Krampy sacks backI miss them.. Really don't feel like chesting three boxes of redbirds again..
Development is going great and it was in partially working condition yesterday. However, yesterdays' update broke half the stuff in there so we have to fix a lot of those issues.

You do realise someone made a mod that could do much more than that?
You clearly missed the point of the Save Editor, this is not the reason why we made this. In everyday life you have a lot of different ways to tackle a certain situation and it works the same way with this. The Testing Tools mod requires you to replace certain files, while the Save Editor provides a tool to hack into the saved data. No file replacement is needed in order for it to work properly. For people who want to keep the vanilla code of Don't Starve intact - who don't want to use mods - this is a perfect solution.
I do respect what Clockwork did with the .lua files and I think it's amazing, but this is something totally different than what we did. We programmed a piece of software from the ground up that lets you change the save file, not influence the game at runtime. On top of that, there are also some features that we are planning that the mod doesn't have, including the character changing that is already in there, but also the coordinate system that I'm gonna release soon.
