Skeleton's are fragile, but have no brains. So I'm going to say immune to insanity, but at the cost of being incapable of health regen or taking extra damage of some kind.

Which all but confirms that sanity will be added in the update, because he looks like he can handle it. Who needs sanity when you have imagination?

He is intended for people who think that the game is too easy. He has several statistical disadvantages, and, well... doesn't give any hints.

Although his biggest downside is that without any dialogue, he's kinda boring to play.
